地位于濰坊安丘市唯一的國(guó)家3A級(jí)青龍湖景區(qū)內(nèi)，周邊自然條件優(yōu)越，與之形成強(qiáng)烈反差的是項(xiàng)目地塊內(nèi)的5棟現(xiàn)狀建筑物。它們的原定功能是科研廠房和辦公，建筑的完成狀態(tài)不一，有些剛完成結(jié)構(gòu)主體，有些樓立面已完工。在立面做法上，我們放下“偏見“，嘗試用最普通的材料和簡(jiǎn)單的工藝來實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)“溫和的表皮”。在我們的設(shè)想中，項(xiàng)目整體改變?cè)燃t白的色彩對(duì)比，運(yùn)用溫暖的陶木色系，更符合康養(yǎng)配套服務(wù)空間柔和的定位。 用輕質(zhì)的金屬格柵面造型替代；以及協(xié)調(diào)折面收邊形式與安裝方式等等。

The site is located in the only national 3A-level Qinglong Lake scenic spot in Anqiu City, Weifang, with superior surrounding natural conditions, which is in strong contrast with the five existing buildings in the project plot.
