高新創業社區E客公寓是E客公寓集團在西安的第一個公寓改造項目。它坐落于高新創業咖啡創意街區東南角，是街區整體商業辦公改造更新的公寓配套項目。原有的建筑是一棟建于上世紀九十年代的九層辦公樓。辦公樓整體在東西向呈長方形。在東側十字路口處，建筑突變出一個三角形的平面布局。它既是門廳，也是整棟建筑垂直交通的核心。在外立面上，三角形的體量略帶弧形，并在此處局部拔高，從街道上看，呈現出獨特的造型。

The high-tech entrepreneurial community E-guest apartment is the first apartment renovation project of E-guest Apartment Group in Xi'an. It is located in the southeast corner of the high-tech entrepreneurial coffee creative block, and is an apartment supporting project for the renovation and renewal of the overall commercial office in the block. The original building was a nine-story office building built in the nineties of the last century. The office building as a whole is rectangular in the east-west direction. At the eastern intersection, the building abruptly changes to a triangular plan. It serves as both the foyer and the centerpiece of vertical transportation throughout the building. On the façade, the triangular volume is slightly curved and partially elevated, giving it a unique shape when viewed from the street.

公寓的共享空間是利用原有門廳三角形的交通空間改造而成的。從第三層開始到第九層，分別設置了接待、咖啡、餐廳、書吧、觀影、展覽、健身和瑜伽等功能，形成了立體化的公共空間布局模式。于此同時，新增加的建筑外立面造型多變的遮陽穿孔鋁百葉，既從視覺上強化了內部空間的這種分層處理，也從街道的視點，提升了三角形空間的表現力。在夜晚，不同功能的公共空間透出不同的色彩，并與外立面公寓單元空調遮陽彩色鋁百葉一起，給原有普通的辦公樓帶來了色彩的悅動。

The shared spaces of the apartments were transformed from the triangular traffic spaces of the original foyer. From the third floor to the ninth floor, there are functions such as reception, coffee, restaurant, book bar, movie viewing, exhibition, fitness and yoga, forming a three-dimensional public space layout model. At the same time, the newly added sun-shading perforated aluminum louvers on the façade of the building not only visually strengthen the layering of the internal space, but also enhance the expressiveness of the triangular space from the perspective of the street. At night, the public spaces with different functions reveal different colors, and together with the air-conditioning and colored aluminum louvers of the façade apartment units, they bring a pleasant touch of color to the original ordinary office building.
