項目位于青山湖北部地區,老城區邊緣地帶,項目地塊四面臨路:北臨新才路,南臨江紡南路,西臨規劃,東臨規劃路。設計重點處理了建筑與城市的關系,從北至南依次布置4排18F住宅,保證城市建筑景觀有一定的延續性和交溶性,形成開闊的城市界面,板式高層住宅之間相互錯落留有足夠的通透性,視覺上得以延續,建筑也產生強烈的韻律美。沿街充分考慮區域商業需求及未來區域發展,規劃不同業態的主題商業街,并形成互補,形成有機統一的特色商業街。
The project is located in the northern area of Qingshan Lake, on the edge of the old city, and the project plot is surrounded by roads: Xincai Road in the north, Jiangfang South Road in the south, Planning Road in the west, and Planning Road in the east. The design focuses on the relationship between the building and the city, and arranges 4 rows of 18F residences from north to south to ensure that the urban architectural landscape has a certain continuity and interlubility, forming an open urban interface. Along the street, the regional commercial needs and future regional development are fully considered, and the theme commercial streets of different formats are planned, and complement each other to form an organic and unified characteristic commercial street.
