基地用地處于城市中心——“大十 字”的橫軸上,與規劃中的商務街與基地隔街相望,并配套有學校、商業及城市公園等設施。基地北面為北京東路,南鄰環城東 路,華聯路處于兩地塊之間,交通十分便利,離市政府僅 2 公里,離凱里火車站僅 3 公里。基地擁有較好的外部景觀資源:西面為蘋果山公園, 東南面與羅漢山森林公園毗鄰,成為基地天熱綠色氧吧。本項目用地從交通、配套、 景觀資源及發展潛力等方面都有較好的區位優勢。以凱里特色文化旅游為主導產業基礎,通過發掘城市精神價值,重拾產業資源、引導市民城市文化生活、豐富特色文化旅游內涵,將本項目打造成為集藝術創意、商業、文化、科教、娛樂休閑為一體的特色文化創新小鎮項目。
