天山公園及周邊地區(qū)改造方案總用地面積約為11.8萬(wàn)平方米，其中公園用地總面積約5.07萬(wàn)平方米。改造方案將整個(gè)地塊分為A、B、C三個(gè)部分， C區(qū)利用良好的自然人文景觀資源，因地制宜地開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)天山公園， A區(qū)、B區(qū)兩處為居住用地，打造坐擁天山公園湖光綠韻，遠(yuǎn)望蟠龍山、箭盤(pán)山綠樹(shù)蔥蘢的理想人居環(huán)境。

The total land area of the Tianshan Park and surrounding areas is about 118,000 square meters, of which the total area of park land is about 50,700 square meters. The renovation plan divides the whole plot into three parts: A, B and C, Area C makes use of good natural and cultural landscape resources to develop and construct Tianshan Park according to local conditions, and Area A and Area B are residential land, creating an ideal living environment with the green charm of Tianshan Park and the lush green trees of Panlong Mountain and Jianpan Mountain.
