本項(xiàng)目位于深圳市龍崗區(qū)橫崗街道轄區(qū)內(nèi)沙荷路沿線的阿波羅未來產(chǎn)業(yè)園，是目前橫崗唯一一塊連片待開發(fā)的土地，是市、區(qū)重點(diǎn)發(fā) 展的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)之一，土地面積約 17.8 平方公里。光啟未來城建設(shè)項(xiàng)目位于園區(qū)核心位置，將作為率先啟動(dòng)示范區(qū)。場地交通主要以周邊道路為依托，現(xiàn)狀 主要依靠東南側(cè)主干道沙荷路和南側(cè)的康賢路。阿波羅產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)將帶動(dòng)沙荷路沿線 經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，打造第二條“濱海大道”，將助 力龍崗打造為深圳未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基石。

 The project is located in the Apollo Future Industrial Park along Shahe Road in the jurisdiction of Henggang Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, which is currently the only contiguous land to be developed in Henggang, and is one of the key industrial parks in the city and district, with a land area of about 17.8 square kilometers. The Guangqi Future City construction project is located at the core of the park and will be used as the first demonstration area.

The traffic of the site is mainly based on the surrounding roads, and the current situation mainly relies on the main road Shahe Road on the southeast side and Kangxian Road on the south side. The construction of the Apollo Industrial Park will drive the economic development along Shahe Road, create a second "Binhai Avenue", and help Longgang become the cornerstone of Shenzhen's future industrial development.
